Le Chiffre's dialogue about Mathis, after the car chase, has been modified to be a little more explicit. Vesper's dialogue about her gambling father (the balcony scene, after Bond has lost) has been cut. Obanno had a gorier death in the December draft (he was shot in the throat at point-blank range with Bond's gun, splattering blood all over him and Vesper). Bond has more stuff to say to Mathis in the lunch scene in the December draft. The scene with Bond replacing Arlington Beech on the train has been cut. A rather extraneous scene with Bond being retrieved from jail is gone.
Carlos' death is much darker than in the December draft. Bond and Mollaka's dialogue exchanges ('You've had your ten' and 'See, you already had your answer') are entirely removed.
The stuff that showed Bond walking at the cricket match has been cut (but we know it was filmed). Here's what I noticed was changed (a *lot* of this stuff was filmed, too):
